Booking Terms and Conditions

• All appointments require a deposit. You are not booked in until I have received this. Deposits are non refundable, they are used to secure your time and pay us for any time spent on design work. The deposit comes off the price of the tattoo on the day

• 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment, any less and you will lose your deposit.

• If you change your mind completely within 48 hours before your appointment/show up on the day having changed your mind you will lose your deposit and will have to rebook. Your artwork will be ready and we will not have time to draw another full design. Minor changes are ok.

• Arrival of 15 minutes or more late your appointment will be lost and you will need to rebook with another deposit.

• If you 'no show' your deposit will be lost and a 50% deposit will be required for any future bookings

• You can bring 1 extra person to your appointment if you'd like - No under 16s.

• We operate on the challenge 25 policy so please bring photo ID to your appointment.

By paying your deposit you are acknowledging you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have parking?

    There is free on street parking down the whole of Croft Avenue and the side streets. There are no time restrictions. Please be courteous of people’s houses and don’t block driveways/access points.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We take cash, card, bank transfer, and can now offer Klarna on larger amounts - if you’d like to use Klarna please let us know when you book in.

  • Do you take walk ins?

    Not at the moment.
    We are a small private studio so do not have a receptionist to be able to take walk ins.

  • Can you tattoo me at 16 with parental consent?

    Nope. The law is 18 for a tattoo.

    We operate on the challenge 25 policy, so please bring photo ID to your appointment.

  • What aftercare do you recommend?

    Generally we recommend Yayo Familia’s aftercare butters - it comes in various nice smells and sizes so has something to suit everyone.

  • How do I book in?

    Our artists manage their own bookings, and generally the easiest way to contact us is through our personal social media pages.
    Alternatively you can fill in our contact form and we will pass your enquiry on to the appropriate artist.
